Labelled as a finance #COP29, mitigation,the backbone of the Paris Agreement, was left behind. Now that core support and Baku-Belem roadmap for delivering the ‘trillions’ of investments needed (hot topic for Belem ?) are secured,let’s not forget what all this is for,GST follow up
