Imagine if we had just discovered naive CD4 and CD8 T cells using single-cell RNAseq, … we’d likely be thinking these are two “states” of T cells… drawing arrows across the two in a UMAP, inferring cell trajectories…. How often are we doing this for other cells?

An excellent opprotunity for trainees to present their ILD cases and hear from experts. There is a prize for the best case and Prof Simon Walsh of Imperial College London will deliver the Fergus Goodbody Memorial Lecture. Irish Thoracic Society ILFA Ireland RCSI RCSI TERG
