Whole, healthy human brain data is now on the ABC Atlas! Dataset incl. 3 million+ cells sampled from dissections from adult donors. Samples underwent snRNA sequencing and were clustered and categorized by neurotransmitter, region, and more. ABC Atlas: portal.brain-map.org/atlases-and-daā¦
