Incredibly interesting and thought provoking session. Main take home message. Outbreaks of patients with Infectious Diseases we often focus on the patients. What about the staff? Exhaustion will set in quickly. Simulations with ED and ICU are essential Practice! North Manchester General Hospital

My only comment for #ESCMIDGlobal2024 #GroundRound was when a patient declined treatment did they undertake a formal capacity assessment. You would be proud @MrsHMR83 You can take the ID Matron out of SAFER board round J3J4 Infectious Diseases but I’ll still be saying the same thing 🤣
