Great paper to work in collaboration with top researchers Bianca Trinkenreich, Ph.D. and Fabio Santos. We built on the Job Demands-Resources theory, trying to leverage social science theory in the SE domain. This paper really got much better with the constructive reviews from tosem.

So sad to hear that friend & colleague Liam Bannon passed away this morning in Limerick. Liam was a University Of Limerick Emeritus Prof & Lero PI. He founded the interaction design centre at UL & was an #HCI visionary & thinker. I’m lucky to have learnt from his wisdom, humour & resilience.
