Right and wrong and all other binaries are only a belief system that limits us from seeing the Truth. When your mind stops the battle between clinging and resisting in binaries, your heart becomes light and you live in the present moment: the only Truth.

When you step out of victim roles, when you release that which you cling and resist to, when you no longer search for an outside validation. You will enter into Stillness. The deepest place of your scared heart that holds eternal unconditional love. And finally you are truly Seen

A huge part of healing your inner child is accessing the spaces your fundamental beliefs were formed, creating safety in your body, and reparenting yourself to reform a belief system that supports your highest freedom and potentials NOW💜

the man provides & the woman multiplies. when a man takes care of his girl with love & allows her to bloom, she in return draws energy from her ever flowing energy reserves & pours it back into him. a love where both keep elevating each other. an upward spiral.

Heal your nervous system By allowing all that arises To be exactly as it is As the ocean Allows the waves The relaxation that happens Sends messages to the whole system That deactivates the flight or flight mechanism And brings some peace.

The fire burns what is not true in you In your life, heart, and mind The fire burns falseness It consumes the past If you allow it, follow it and serve it This is your forging And then the fire will end It will leave you naked and true Open and wild and humble And transformed.

Love is simple It doesn’t take any energy at all All you have to do is let go Of what you think you know And allow all stories to fall away At first it feels hard But when you get used to it Falling into the unknown Becomes infinitely more preferable Than anything fear can offer.

So now tone is such a big deal to me. Speak to me with care and I’ll respond with understanding rather than being defensive

We can’t simply ‘fix’ humanity First we must grieve for its suffering And open to the ancestral wounding We must let down our own guardedness And allow life to pour in to these broken hearts Only then may we become whole human beings And humanity will simply remember itself.
