🫀 In severe secondary TR, RV remodeling occurs even with preserved RVEF. 🔹 Longitudinal & radial RV contributions are reduced, esp. in ventricular TR. 🔹 Radial function (REF/RVEF), not RVEF, predicts outcomes. ➡️ 3D echo can aid risk stratification.
