VAS2870, used as and NAPDH oxidase inhibitor, does not inhibit NADPH oxidases very well. Instead, it causes auxin transport defects leading to complete loss of gravitropism. Watch auxin reponrter R2D2, where lack of yellow signal = accumulated auxin. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
