You can create an object emulating multiple computers in a networked environment via #EaaSi - e.g. to preserve Sharepoint or Exchange and different clients interacting with it. as Impressive demo by Euan Clements at #ipres2022

When I started working in #DigitalPreservation, my boss told me we're not considering emulation as a strategy, "because we're not a computer museum". Every time I listen to Euan Clements talk about emulation (and especially EaaSI), he makes it sound so much easier #iPres2022

My example for video game archiving from the #iPres2022 bake off is now on Github: github.com/wildit/game-em… -- had some time to improve it on the delayed flight back from Glasgow. Looking forward to further discussions on emulator configuration with Klaus Rechert

⚡Yann LeCun (Yann LeCun) in 1993 demoing LeNet-1⚡ This was the world's first convolutional neural network for handwriting recognition. Today—29 years later—this same approach powers the majority of computer vision. A historical moment for machine learning!
