Had a wonderful afternoon talking about the #kyga25 wins with my KY House Republicans Nolan Media Group. Lowering state income tax to 3.5%, KY Film Industry, Medicaid, NTI days, stabilizing teacher pensions, tourism, disaster relief, and KY energy.

This fits into everything we've done using bourbon, the tax code, and tourism incentives to monetize the music industry and draw out-of-state visitors to our hotels, restaurants, and shops — boosting local businesses in a big way.

Great discussion this morning on federal and state changes to energy policy, how it wil improve and create better jobs, how there is plenty of money to handle disaster relief and even touched on tariffs.

Congratulations to my friend,Chief Justice Debra Hembree Lambert on your selection to lead Kentucky’s highest court. It’s wonderful knowing you and working with you. The court is under your very capable leadership.

.Governor Andy Beshear says Friday night’s tornado was “one of the worst” disasters. 18 people have been killed so far. Search & rescue ops continue. Beshear was joined by Robert Stivers & State Rep. Derek Lewis. Also, reps from the federal delegation.

Continue to help those impacted by the storms and tornadoes wherever and however you can.

This is not a field I normally play in, but I’m excited about the opportunity it creates for Kentucky, the millions it generates across the state.

This new pediatric Norton Children's hospital reflects a vision that reaches beyond these city limits, building a statewide network of accessible, innovative, & life-saving care & research. Grateful for a hospital that could take care of all my grandkids, including #12 and #13.
