Proud to share this new preprint on cellular aging in myeloproliferative neoplasms. Our results indicate that cellular aging is accelerated in malignant MPN clones and this can provide a target for treatment with senolytic drugs or telomerase inhibitors. medrxiv.org/content/10.110…

Cancer shapes it microenvironment. Cancer associated fibroblasts #CAF become activated and reprogrammed and this is even reflected in their epigenome. We observed very similar changes in their DNA methylation pattern across different types of cancer. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
