This week CRT deployed to multiple incidents to aide residents in thier time of crisis. 1. LAPD Hollywood Division rqstd CRT assist employees of the Los Angeles Los Angeles LGBT Center w/ trauma services. 2 employees found shattered glass & a bullet casing upon arrival at work. No injuries rptd.

2. At the request of LAPD D/C @LabradaAl our team along w/ Curren D. Price, Jr. re-assisted a couple impacted by the South LA fireworks incident. An elderly gentleman died of natural causes, his partner was in need of assistance. Mntl health svcs were brought in to provide support.

3. CRT aided LAFD and LAPD Central Area on a call for an individual who overdosed. While on scene they identified 4 other individuals who were housing insecure. They were placed in temporary housing.

Due to the alarming number of new #Covid_19 cases and new social distancing protocols enacted by the Los Angeles County Public Health Department, our Director Joe Avalos has made the decision to postpone the scheduled CRT Training Academy. We will update you soon.
