Survived Hurricane OK. Sister's house never lost power. That seems to be the central HQ for all operations.

Blew out right rear tire today on the SMP. Made it to the service station with just a bit of rubber left on the rim.

Stuck with out a car all weekend. Really kicked butt on the to-do list.

Forgot to mention, My Flex arrived. Been driving it for one week and it is quite adequate.

Rain Rain Go Away! Major headache today.

New server parts have arrived. It will nice to build a system from the bottom-up again. Pre-installed OS's are so boring.

Drove my Tante Christine to JFK today. Sad to see her go after a 1 month visit, but 2 hour round-trip drive time was a happy bonus!

Note to world: When using a heavy salt rub on a roast, the meat will be great, but the gravy will taste like sea-weed.
