£14.7bn between ~14,000 train drivers involved in the national pay dispute means we got about a million quid each, Gordon. Maybe give your calculator a wobble (or your head).

No, it didn't, thicko. I got my pay rise in October, which my calendar reliable assures me is more than two weeks after July.

Gordon's not here for debate, preferring to block anyone who disagrees with his nonsense, but to reiterate for the record – he's claiming here that every train driver came out of the national dispute last year with around a million quid each. I think he might be mistaken.

The crystal ball's back in traffic, but perhaps it could enlighten us as to what exactly the basis for this industrial action will be?

I stood in exactly this spot, for about 10 minutes, around the same time this morning. I saw cyclists, motorists and pedestrians all behaving very sensibly at a busy crossing. Just like the cyclist featured here, who navigated the crossing safely without inconveniencing anyone.

Today's Internet rabbit hole. The Locomotive Act 1861, but it's us traincrew that're stuck in the past apparently. legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/Vict/24-…

"Serving your residents" means making sure that you understand equality law so that you don't get your Council (and by extension the residents that you serve) in the mess that Birmingham City Council did by breaking the law.

If you have an issue with any of the straightforward concepts of diversity, equality or inclusion, then you absolutely should be viewed with disdain.

Let's play "what if"... So I change ends, mid-journey, at Ely (to keep it relevant) and find that the AWS and TPWS are defective. If I ignore the rules and take it in service, I go to prison. If I do what I'm supposed to do, and it's cancelled, I go to prison. What a choice!

Of course there is. Darren can ultimately be held to account at the ballot box. Unlike you, Lord Talbot, who we're stuck with whether we like it or not.

I wish people would read the detail: the framework of access to an abortion – including the need for two doctors’ signatures, and the time limits at which terminations can be carried out – will *remain the same* and doctors who act outside the law will still face the threat of

Not just a fantastic day out in the (second) best seat in the house, but a really, really worthwhile cause too. #85ForPat ebay.co.uk/itm/3571030622…

Just finalised the maps for Ritch's massive effort starting tomorrow – all 30 sheets of it, confirming what an epic fundraiser this'll be! So, dig deep but also share far and wide – it's a seriously ambitious target, but one that absolutely deserves to be met! #85ForPat
