Performance Psychology group from the German Sport University Cologne very well represented at the #FEPSAC2022

Last week, I attended the FEPSAC- Congress 2024 congress. Very grateful for the opportunity to: 1️⃣ present my Master's thesis results on the relationship between personality and habit 2️⃣ co-host a workshop with Sylvain Laborde(PhD) - FORTITUDE Mental Training on habit formation/disruption and the efficacy of habit apps
