We had a great time with our Boys Basketball program at the Royals game on Tuesday (6/10/25)! Despite the KC loss, we enjoyed the great weather, dollar dog night and hanging out together.

We had great seats to watch Jac Caglione's MLB debut, saw Patrick Mahomes, George Brett, Reggie Jackson ( Yankee Hall of Famer), Alfonso Ribeirio (Carlton Banks in Fresh Prince of Bel Air), & witnessed Aaron Judge's mammoth home run that landed on top of the Royals Hall of Fame.

We had a great time volunteering and serving our community on Thursday (6/19/25) at The Wilderness Camp.

It was fantastic to see our group of young men giving of their time and working together as they helped the camp clear brush and trails around the camp's lake area.

We are extremely proud of this group of young men and the work they did yesterday.

Following our Community Service project at The Wilderness Camp on Thursday (6/19/25), our program had a great time together at our annual BBQ and Pool Party.

We are thankful to our parents and families for allowing these young men the opportunity to spend time bonding together.

Our 2025 Lawson Varsity Boys Basketball team had a great experience this past Thursday and Friday at the Tri-Lakes Shootout in Springfield as we wrapped up our Summer Basketball activities.

Besides playing some great competition on the court, our group had the opportunity to bond together over a fantastic meal at Lamberts, compete in a 36-hole miniature golf outing and hang out together at our hotel.

Special thanks to our players, coaches and parents that joined us on our trip and to the families that allowed our players to attend.

We had a great Summer of basketball, including our camp in late May. This was followed by our Summer League during the month of June, which included 8 playing dates, 176 games, 34 schools, 58 teams & provided our Varsity (17 games) & JV (16 games) with valuable game experience.

Off the court our program enjoyed our time together with our annual Summer activities that included a Royals game, our Community Service project at the Wilderness Camp and our BBQ & Pool party.

We would like to thank our players, coaches, parents, families and our Lawson High School Booster Club that put in a lot of time to help make our 5th Annual Lawson Boys Basketball Summer League and all of our Summer Basketball activities such a huge success. THANK YOU!
