Different use of the verb, but did they advise the Public Advocate who became Acting Mayor, despite the Admin regularly pretending otherwise, the second Adams left City airspace?

2.5m complaints have flooded the CFPB since January, approx 25% of the total CFPB has rec'd since its birth in 2011, suggesting junk fees, predatory terms & routine swindles are booming. Yet NYS & NYC remain largely silent as fake ICE agents force immigrants to buy gift cards.

Can't help but find it odd that this article focuses on 20,000 grocery delivery app workers rather than the vastly larger contracted delivery workforce for Amazon, FedEx, and numerous other companies, who will also get pay raises in 18 months after a study nytimes.com/2025/07/13/nyr…

Good piece, but would benefit from acknowledging that EDC only administers 3 of 6 current markets and that NYC Dept of Markets dates way back to 1917 and operated 5 wholesale markets as well as regulated 53 open-air markets gothamist.com/news/zohran-ma…?

This furor is misplaced. GC is applying a 2007 precedent about whether you can bring a ULP if not hired for a job you were intentionally trying to not get. This tactic isn't actually about salting a job, it's about harassing anti-union employers. I'm all for that but lets be real
