Immigration of skilled workers supports both the NHS and British science. Both have already been negatively impacted by Brexit. This knee jerk bill will prevent essential recruitment into these professions and further degrades British success stories.

Inflammatory bowel disease (#IBD) increases bowel cancer risk: 1/3 of patients with low grade dysplasia (LGD) will get cancer. This risk is very high &reason for treatment. But also major conundrum b/c 2/3 patients with LGD won't get cancer. Can we know who is really at risk? 1/3
