It deeply saddens me that we have to publish such statements, but my colleagues and I deserve better! Just remember, ‘it is often the darkest skies that we see the brightest stars’ - & there are currently 8,500 of my Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust colleagues sparkling brightly. #WeveGotThis

Today we said a ‘Happy Retirement’ to a truly inspiring Gloucestershire Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Nurse. Sandra Attwood started her career in 1973 as a Cadet Nurse - 48 incredible years of service. We are humbled and grateful for all that you have given. Sue Doheny @CNOEngland

Today I have written to our Prime Minster Rishi Sunak UK Prime Minister urging him to facilitate urgent & meaningful negotiations between Steve Barclay & The RCN Pat Cullen MP There may be a small window of opportunity to avert industrial action, it must be taken.
