A good weekend for Euro indoor bronze medallist Lee Thompson who races six times at Sheffield and wins the northern 400m yesterday in 47.18 and 200m today in 21.20.

Lee Thompson (46.69) regains the 400m title that he last won in 2018 ahead of super consistent Ben Higgins (SB 46.79) who won gold and silver in 2022/23
