The purple tomato. Recently, a tomato engineered with high antioxidants was approved with a reported enhanced nutrient profile than a normal tomato & other benefits. This is an early example of what will be more common over time for day to day consumers - enhanced nutrition.

I have always found the most useful stuff in my roles has been asymmetric to whatever is normal for the industry I have been in. Looking at companies? Design and systems techniques still work well for understanding your approach & uncovering themes.
