Although the month has come to an end, we as #DifferenceMakers create new beginnings each day. "With our future ahead of us and the ancestors beside us, there's nothing we can't do." #MISDSisterhoodWednesdays

Our student leaders talked about the word, ā€œFavorites.ā€ It is normalized. Students determined that we have to stop doing this at every level. Everyone has to be held accountable regardless of being someone’s ā€˜favorite.’ We have to honor dignity. #MadeToExcel #youbelonghere

Before building upon the work we've started, we have to make sure our foundation is solid. Establishing meaningful relationships, fostering a positive & productive work environment, & being purposeful in understanding & managing emotions are key to increasing team performance.
