Blown away to have received the Mentor of the Year award Scripps Research . So grateful for the incredible support from everyone involved. Your dedication to science is my greatest reward. Thank you for making every day so inspiring 🙏

"Integrating cellular electron microscopy with multimodal data to explore biology across space and time"🔬👩💻🌌⏳ cell.com/cell/fulltext/… Our new review is online Cell. Big thanks to our amazing co-authors @computingCaitie Sven Klumpe Rommie Amaro Wanda Kukulski @EM_STP

Our work to define the regional organization of the small intestine is online Nature Cell Biology today: rdcu.be/dxWxy!! Make way for domains A – E and a new approach to track the molecular patterns of nutrient metabolism. Many thanks to @s_lefkopoulos & our reviewers!

Super excited to be releasing AlphaFold 3 today, developed by Isomorphic Labs and Google DeepMind: our next generation AI model for predicting the biomolecular structures and interactions of proteins, DNA, RNA, small molecules, and more: bit.ly/44yfaCw 1/

Announcing AlphaFold 3: our state-of-the-art AI model for predicting the structure and interactions of all life’s molecules. 🧬 Here’s how we built it with Isomorphic Labs and what it means for biology. 🧵 dpmd.ai/3URDiNo

Today we report in Nature Biomedical Engineering the eePASSIGE system, which uses evolved and engineered recombinases and prime editing to integrate large gene-sized DNA cargoes into the mammalian genome in an efficient, precise, and targeted manner. (1/13) drive.google.com/file/d/1WDMVqL…

Congrats to the 2024 recipients of the Lisa Eshun-Wilson Community Awards for DEIBJ! We're proud of their exemplary commitment to advancing these initiatives in our community.👏🎉 Lisa Eshun-Wilson mcb.berkeley.edu/news-and-event…

Today we report Evo, a generalist foundation model for biology, on the cover of Science Magazine. Trained on billions of DNA nucleotides, Evo was designed to capture two key aspects of biology: the multi-modality of the central dogma and the multi-scale nature of evolution.

Congrats to the recipients of the 2025 MCB Lisa Eshun-Wilson Community Award for their exemplary commitment to fostering a welcoming and equitable community! 👏🎉 Lisa Eshun-Wilson mcb.berkeley.edu/news-and-event…
