Been saying this for years. Preston City Council Matthew Brown need to act quickly before Blackpool do. A city centre arena, like Leeds would be a game changer. With some relocation/compulsory purchase, site of old Tokyo Jo’s would be ideal. Or at Fishergate Shopping Centre car park.
