It’s probably strange to say that one of the longest reigning world champs ever is underrated but Bob Backlund really doesn’t get appreciated enough for my liking. Even by WWE itself. Just completely phenomenal in the ring. They don’t make wrestlers like him anymore

Ik he’s not a heel right now but Backlund vs Danielson is one of my ultimate dream matches. Backlund vs Kyle Fletcher would be a lot of fun. I think Kyle could get Backlund super fired up lol

In a perfect world, AEW will gain more notoriety to shift the balance of power in the business, and its relationships (not absorptions!) with partners like NJPW and CMLL will strengthen international connections for fans and wrestlers, and wrestlers will make more money :)
