Young Coaches and ADs….you have to control your programs! You CANNOT allow a parent or player to do it! If they leave, they leave. It’s bigger than one or two! It’s about the entirety and you have to focus on that!

Today I rode the D Train from Bryant Park down to Grand St in Chinatown, and then walked across the Manhattan Bridge. It’s a loud crossing, subway cars rattling past, cars rushing below, the steady hum of the city, but the payoff is the view. From up on the Manhattan Bridge

DNVR Buffs Play calling was terrible. Still can’t develop an identity. Way too many screens. QB play not good enough. Bad reads, bad passes, bad timing. Can’t target Omarion Miller 1x the whole game. He’s too good for that.

DNVR Buffs Everything looked great except the playcalling. Can't bone defense getting ran on when the offense going 3&out. Salter has good tools but accuracy is not one of them. Throwing to a 5'6 running back like he's 6'5 and then getting upset he can't jump that high to get it..,🤣

A good coach will teach you what they know. A great coach will teach you what they wish they had been taught at an earlier age. #chopwoodcarrywater

NIL helping NFL AND NBA scouts ALOT in their evaluation process of prospects. We are seeing guys leave situations where they looked like future pros and transfer to places and it's clear they aren't.

Putting players through drills is not the same as teaching the game. HS players understand the game less each year, no matter the talent. Trainers try to take too much of the credit for what coaches actually teach. There are some good trainers but be careful who you trust
