Up super early for work today. It is going to be a busy week!

We had just the best day at work yesterday in terms of the quality of what we were doing. It has been a slog but it finally felt like we leapt forward. NOW to make it consistent #teamwork

A week of waiting for OFSTED - the Early Years Inspection Framework is not just working on the Monday only premise - and it is exhausting. The waiting is exhausting and can, on occasion slow down progress.

A lovely weekend with my eldest at Kew Gardens - shame about the 2 broken down cars and the worlds most expensive tyre.

Today we showed around a fellow head. It was a great chance to celebrate the incredible journey of improvement that we have been on. We do not notice until we stop and look!

Head up, shoulders back, unclench your jaw, smile and walk tall and go out into the world today remembering what an amazing job you are doing.
