All of these are based on synthetic data. We are investigating ways to project real data to the same latent space. We have some preliminary results share at the last NeurIPS Conference Learning Meaningful Representations of Life drive.google.com/file/d/1wlcPKL… A longer version can be found here arxiv.org/abs/2004.06517 9/9

Interested in single-cell trajectory inference? Or Parameterized Monge Maps? Check out our paper "Modeling Single-Cell Dynamics using Unbalanced Parameterized Monge Maps", now accepted at Learning Meaningful Representations of Life ! biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

🧵I’m happy to share our progress Dyno Therapeutics, Inc., led by Lauren Wheelock, on forecasting the outcome of sequence design libraries. You can find the link for the manuscript below. Lauren will also present this work as an oral at #MLCB2022 (Nov 22) and #LMRL2022. arxiv.org/abs/2211.10422

(1/n) Excited to present our next advance in inferring dynamics from static snapshot data w/ dynamic optimal transport and neural ODEs: MIOFlow at NeurIPS Conference as a spotlight talk! This work was lead by Guillaume Huguet, Sumner Magruder, Alex Tong ! openreview.net/forum?id=ahAEh…

Had a lot of fun at NeurIPS Conference last week! Join us today (online) at Learning Meaningful Representations of Life to learn about state of the art ML applications in biology/medicine/chemistry! #poster19

Very excited to be presenting our work later today at the Learning Meaningful Representations of Life workshop NeurIPS Conference as a contributed talk! For further discussion, join me at poster 43 during the first poster session.

The Learning Meaningful Representations of Life workshop at #NeurIPS2022 starts shortly in just 15 min at 8am EST with a keynote from Richard Bonneau of Prescient Design / Genentech on ML for molecular design and optimization.

Stephen Ra Learning Meaningful Representations of Life Richard Bonneau Prescient Design Genentech Great talk by Richard Bonneau ! I cast my vote for it to reach the masses if the Learning Meaningful Representations of Life orgs agree; excellent overview of what's possible when ML is deeply integrated with experiments

meTCRs at Learning Meaningful Representations of Life. Honored to be invited for a spotlight talk. See you at the posters to discuss #lmrl #NeurIPS22

For those interested in deep learning applied to cell biology, come stop by our poster at Learning Meaningful Representations of Life workshop at NeurIPS Conference #NeurIPS Poster 12 openreview.net/forum?id=kvGt-…

We use graph neural networks to learn shape descriptors of cancer cells imaged in 3D. #NeurIPS2022 #lmrl Learning Meaningful Representations of Life

Giving a talk on SPOT: Spatial Optimal Transport at the NeurIPS Learning Meaningful Representations of Life workshop today! SPOT is a new framework to characterize microenvironments in spatial transcriptomic data. Check out our paper here openreview.net/forum?id=knxP0… Doron Haviv Russell Zhang Kunes dana_peer

Our second keynote of the day, Shantanu Singh of the Broad Institute, is up next in just 2 min at Learning Meaningful Representations of Life to talk about Cell Painting #NeurIPS2022

Join us for our #LMRL2022 spotlight talk today at 2pm ET to learn about MolE, a molecular foundation model we created to predict chemical properties. Learning Meaningful Representations of Life For a full list of our research presented at #NeurIPS2022 workshops, visit our website: rxrx.ai/neurips-2022

Didn't catch MolE at #ML4Molecules? Oscar Méndez Lucio will be presenting MolE, a powerful molecular foundation model for property prediction, today at 2pm ET at #LMRL2022 Learning Meaningful Representations of Life.

we applied language modeling to an atlas of single-cell data to pretrain Exceiver, a model that transfers to new datasets and downstream tasks come check out our poster #32 this afternoon Learning Meaningful Representations of Life Keiser Lab #NeurIPS2022 paper: arxiv.org/abs/2210.14330

Congratulations Adele Myers for this beautiful interview!✨ Watch out for this one, she will make a strong impact on our field. Her first paper in ML is already getting noticed at #NeurIPS22 NeurIPS Conference Learning Meaningful Representations of Life ! 🏆🤯 @bioshape_lab UC Santa Barbara UC Santa Barbara's College of Engineering
