fMRI preprocessing is challenging - together with Gillian Coughlan @ErinWDickie @ColinHawco and Aristotle Voineskos we developed an Alternative Labeling Tool (integrated with FSL-ICA): it's quick and easy to run and classifies noise v signal ICs well.
