Schizophrenia is rare but very disabling. The World Health Organization (WHO) list lots of treatments, but not exercise (yet). Our new meta-analysis of 28 studies in European Psychiatric Association shows #exercise can help treat schizophrenia (esp. negative symptoms) while also nurturing health bit.ly/ex_schi
