Surely time to revisit the apr/bpr proposals for farms. Taxing aspiration and inclination by landowners is so counterproductive to where rural economy should be.

It's a very British thing to offer food to guests before discussing business. Perhaps we should be more rude, and offer food as a post debate snack.
