Today I was reminded about the benefits of reflective practice. The value of taking time to reflect on our work and the opportunity to connect with why we do the work we do. #VBRP

Today I said goodbye to my Mum 💔. Through tears and smiles we celebrated and heard the stories that both made her who she was and have helped shaped my life. Thank you Mum, you were one special person.

This week I said goodbye to my Dad. Through lots of tears and some laughter we heard and told stories of his life, stories that helped make him who he was. A man who cared and loved many, a man that I am proud and feel so blessed to have had as my Dad.
