It looks like the old toilet block in Clapham Old Town that was said to be turned into a cafe and then shockingly knocked down is not to be replaced after all, instead just paved over?

Homelessness has risen in Clapham in recent years and there are almost no police on streets compared to the past leading to incidents like the tragic stabbing this week. It’s a sad state of affairs to see people affected so badly on our streets 😞
