One big take away from the School Social Worker Conference! #SSWAA

A bit of a late post, but last month I had the pleasure of dressing up and spending a wonderful evening with like-minded individuals at the NASW Houston Chapter Gala. It was a night full of laughter, meaningful connections, and pure joy.

Congrats to all of the seniors of VictoryECHS on signing their committements to higher education today! Over 71 million dollars in scholarship and awards AMAZING!!

I had the pleasure of spending the evening celebrating a dear friend’s MSW graduation and cord ceremony. Such a proud moment watching her achieve this hard-earned goal. To my surprise, I was honored with a mentor award. I’m truly humbled and grateful. Congratulations, my friend!
