#FutureTechChat More pictures, more spoken words, fewer written words. Further shrinking of our world as YouTube gen moves from school to work. Beginnings of computer-brain interfaces that'll focus on enabling the disabled first, then become something for all.

#FutureTechChat Massively better connectivity in emerging markets will create new money-making opportunities for the young, who will get the tools to enter and make money from the lucrative gaming/game streaming market as content creators, not just consumers.

#FutureTechChat Great point - the US has a bad track record of learning from other places. You're right, tech integration with life in Dubai is far ahead of US, and, for example, tech banking enablement is waaay ahead in Europe. Many more places to learn from are out there!

Q10 #FutureTechChat At the very least, the biggest tech trends are the things that will bring us closer together and collapse the distances between us, whether language or cultural differences or whatever. Hopefully less mistrust, more tolerance, more understanding.

And of course, climate change - improvements in how we heat, cool & feed ourselves, using new & different resources, will give us new ways to interact with Earth.

#FutureTechChat Re Climate change, AI will give us new ways to understand and interact with Earth. I'm hopeful. Our changing relationships w/computers leading to a changing relationship with the planet is a good goal for this decade.

#FutureTechChat Thank you for a terrific discussion! Looking forward to the next one. #stayathomechronicles: For the record, my son is doing his gym class via the web in his room upstairs. Much bouncing. Pictures may fall off walls soon. Stay safe and healthy, everyone!

I AM SO ANGRY AT #WILLISTOWERSWATSON RIGHT NOW THAT I CANNOT SEE STRAIGHT. MY FATHER DIED IN AUGUST AND MY MOTHER IS STILL NOT RECEIVING HER SHARE OF HIS PENSION. #WTW IS RIPPING OFF WIDOWS WITH BAD PROCESSES AND UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm sure we're not the only ones.

Leslie Shannon (@lshannon45) 's Twitter Profile Photo

#WTW rips off widows. Don't hire them to do your HR. I am angry, angry, angry at their incredible unresponsiveness and inability to pay my mother's pension FIVE MONTHS after my father died.
