We have learned with great sadness the passing of our former Director, Giovanni Andrea Cornia. Prof. Cornia was Director of UNU-WIDER from 1995 to 1999. His research interest in inequality of different forms became part of the Institute’s DNA. His legacy lives on at UNU-WIDER.
