1/ SNP complains block grant won’t grow as fast as average UK Gov dept. But average includes DESNZ & Defence, both growing rapidly for well understood reasons the SNP agrees with. And much of that spending will happen in Scotland. The SNP grievance is both vacuous and innumerate.

The Scottish Government have the powers. They have the money. What they don’t have is a clue.
