Excited to be a part of this show. It's been fun building a new skill, and I've met a lot of great people on the journey.

One of my biggest annoyances with modern English is how people say "costs 3 times less" when they mean it costs 1/3 the price.

I said it 5 years ago, and it's still true today. The charging network is as big a differentiator as their cars. npr.org/2023/09/10/118…

We had our annual 2-day hackathon this week, I continued work on Gary the Robot, this time incorporating speech recognition and ChatGPT conversations. I'll be presenting on him next week at AI DevWorld, should be fun!

I told my wife I wanted something bigger than these Lean Cuisine meals she's been buying me. Not sure how to take the fact that now she gets me something called "Fatty Feast."

If you need any music for your meeting today, here's a nice one I found. Not sure of their whole catalog, but MarchFourth rocked it with this one: youtube.com/watch?v=_7vNsh…

I'm so glad that this unsubscribe form has a Captcha, I'd hate for a bot to unsubscribe random people from marketing emails.

8 years ago I made a prediction. Not sure when it will slow down significantly, but I'm declaring I got this one right.

NewsRadio episode "Houses of the Holy" from 1996 saw Joe fill in as a radio personality, and do great, much to everyone's surprise. With Joe being played by Joe Rogan it's pretty funny, based on what he's doing now.

Tax time million dollar idea: Sue H&R Block for not suggesting all the deductions you're allowed, in spite of their advertising saying they do. I live in a state without state income tax, but they never suggest the state & local tax deduction. Who knows how many people miss it.

Just saw these last week, pretty crazy they are coming down. Very curious as to what will replace them, as they seem like a perfect match for the space. cnn.com/2025/05/05/tra…

We should have a type of adult driver's license that cannot be used to purchase alcohol. People convicted of a DUI could still drive, but could be denied alcohol at bars, to reduce their likelihood of repeating their poor choice.
