Was amazing to spend two days with the employees at Red Funnel (IoW Ferries) Everyone in the business attended one of four of my Mental Wellbeing Talks The feedback I have received has been amazing and I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity to share my story with their team

School talks will always be my favourite events to do! Had the most amazing day at Ysgol Cwm Brombil. Spent the whole day working with their brilliant year 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 year groups. Followed by a smaller workshop and then a short assembly for their primary school kids

Loved every minute of yesterdays first race of the year - HOKA 10K Super happy and slightly surprised to pick up a PB 10k a tough trail course filled with hills. But it’s amazing to see all the hard work paying off 🏃🏻 🏅
