The other half of the delegates are with Earlham Institute 's lydia and Ashleigh Lister for nuclei counting

such a fun first day of the course! Looking forward to some more single cell RNA seq tomorrow 😊 Earlham Institute

*PhD advert* We have a fully funded PhD opportunity in our group in close collaboration with Wilfried Haerty David Monk @biouea EI Single Cell now @whatchamacaulay.bsky.social in the NRPDTP to study the role of DNA methylation in early developmental hematopoiesis 🧬🩸 More details here: tinyurl.com/yhpkvtja

What a month. New lab members starting w/ my group. Paper accepted for publication. And now a research grant awarded by The Royal Society which I am so thankful for! Will be transformative in our approaches to combine genomics w/ live imaging of the embryonic hematoendothelial system

Nice to see this one online - #singlecell and #spatialtranscriptomics of the avian embryo tailbud from Geoff Mok Andrea Münsterberg @UEA and many of us EI Single Cell now @whatchamacaulay.bsky.social Earlham Institute! biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

New paper from the Münsterberg Lab! Shannon A. Weldon s PhD is out, showing off her hard work on how the cervical-to-thoracic boundary is established during development. She combined ATAC- & RNA-seq to identify key regulatory elements of HOXC6 and HOXC8. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
