Nice case of the VULNERABLE TRIAL. LCX STEMI treated succesfully. During the procedure an intermediate lesion of distal RCA was observed. 3 days later the lesion was investigated with FFR and was 0,89. According to the protocol an OCT imaging was performed showing a clear TCFA.

NEW! 2025 US guidelines for the management of ACS (STEMI and NSTE-ACS) just released. Intravascular imaging guidance with OCT or IVUS during PCI in ACS is now recommended for left main or complex lesions with a class IA recommendation.
