Being vegan is not a diet or trend, but a lifestyle based on ethics and morality. It's simple: avoid preventable harm to all living beings.

Vegan activists aren’t trying to force their lifestyle on you. They’re trying to stop you forcing your lifestyle on defenceless animals.

Veganism is about treating others the way you would wish to be treated. That's it. Plain and simple.
