In order for AI to invent anything, it must learn to be radically contrarian. Right now, it averages its training data, avoiding non-consensus ideas entirely. Breakthrough discovery demands more than raw IQ - it takes the courage to dissent.

After 10 years doing what I do when deciding on new projects or products to build I ask one question: Am I uniquely suited positioned to do this? Could someone else do this with higher chance of success? If so, I do not want to do. Play rigged games.
