Enjoying the #BHS24 and looking forward to presenting work from iMBE @ Leeds by Dr Mackenzie Smeeton Prof Tim Board and our colleagues on dual mobility THRs, we are presenting 2 studies 1) looking at in vitro motion and 2) likelihood of impingement compared to conventional THR

Also our poster that has looked at how dual mobility THRs move in vitro. Using sensing developed by Rob Kay and Matt Shuttleworth we could understand liner motion in different conditions

Brilliant experience observing Prof Tim Board Josh Lamb performing hip surgery today. Really fascinating to see the surgical workflow in action, and has given me plenty to think about in my own research. Thanks for having us - it’s always a real highlight to visit!
