Our self-study explores how research teams studied approaches to support the creation, sharing, and use of research that matters to patients and the public (patient/public-oriented research). 2/7

We analyzed 18 interviews and discussed findings with research team members. We then refined the results and their interpretation with patients/public team members. Here is how we did a self-study 👇 3/7

When we had a chance to reflect together, we became more aware of our own and others’ talents, needs, and vulnerabilities. This awareness helped to improve communication and teamwork. 6/7
