I'm looking forward to getting back into therapy. I started going to therapy to work through past traumas, and now recent traumas have brought me back. Loud noises put me on high alert. Thunderstorms remind me of missile impact. Hoping the therapy work is swift and effective.

I make sure to look polished for pretty much all of my social media content, so I wanted to quickly remind everyone what it looks like to be in the middle of a depressive episode ✌🏻 (I'm fine, don't worry! Just working through some recent trauma)

Woke up way too early with anxiety - so I decided to kill the anxiety with power tools ⚒️ Finished my long overdue project: a suitcase table! 💼 Found the case on the side of the road two years ago and never did anything with it until this summer.

I just wanted pretzels *screams*
