Our take on the findings? Sequential is safe and effective as seen in #DOSEVF. Simultaneous may be more effective but slight (0.1 %) risk of defibrillator damage. Optimal: industry develops defib, 4 pads , one button to press, timing of approx 70 msec. between shocks! Mahbod Rahimi
