Tough one—answer was amyloidosis! Amyloidosis may harbor calcifications and can be seen with lymphoma. Though it may mimic medial calcific sclerosis, amyloid has a waxy look. Here’s a paper from our department: onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/hi… #PathX #PathTwitter #breastpath #PathQuiz
