Humbled to be inducted today as an honorary member of the Alabama A-Club! My 17 years at Alabama have been such a blessing to me and my family! The tradition of The University of Alabama is incredible. Thankful to wear the A and continue to build on what so many others built! Roll Tide Forever!

Hootie will be dearly missed. This picture was taken a couple of weeks ago when he stopped by for a visit. He was telling Jalen about all the interceptions he had when he played DB! I will always cherish the wonderful stories he shared when I was around him. He loved Alabama!

24 years ago, Mary and I were at the University of Kentucky hospital celebrating Makennah Allen Todd’s birth! Today, we are celebrating her birthday with dinner & getting her new place ready for her and her soon to be husband, Jimmy Todd, to move into after their wedding in July! Time flies!

Incredible facility but what’s even more incredible are the people who run it! David Ballou and his staff are the absolute best and our data proves how his system has impacted our injury rate. Injury data is the report card for a strength staff and our staff gets an A+! RTR!!

Honored to walk Makennah Allen Todd down the aisle tomorrow as she marries Jimmy Todd! In my heart, she’s still the little girl at her first Bama game in 2007! Grateful to God for the precious memories that are flooding my soul this morning and for bringing these two together!

I am so thankful for a staff of great athletic trainers and team physicians who are the true reason for this award. I follow the famous quote from Coach Bryant and “always hire people smarter than me”! This award is about our entire medical staff! So grateful! Roll Tide Forever!

Game day in Tuscaloosa is always great but especially today as a legend will be honored in a stadium where legends are made. I learned so much from watching him work and will forever cherish the 17 years I had to serve one of the best to ever do it. Roll Tide Forever!

No one deserves this award more than Eddie Conyers! He is a true legend and I cherish my relationship with him! Amazing to have someone at practice each day that was hired by Coach Bryant! Love you buddy! Roll Tide Forever!

Awesome picture taken by an airport staff member of Eddie Conyers and his wife Peggy as our plane took off for Oklahoma. Eddie has served as the referee at Bama practices since 1960. He and Peggy are there each Friday we travel to see us off. College football is the best! RTR!

A few weeks ago, Coach Battle came to practice. So thankful that he got to visit with our players one final time. He loved Alabama. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to work for him. He is a legend in college athletics and will be dearly missed! Roll Tide forever!

Friday night….I’m sitting at home battling a sinus infection from all the pollen and my 78 year old mother sends me a video of an Elvis impersonator she and her friends went to see. The world has come full circle!

Sorry to hear about the passing of Coach Oliver. A true Alabama legend! The tweet below was one of his final times attending practice. I just stood to the side and listened to Coach Oliver and Eddie Conyers tell stories! Needless to say, it was a priceless moment. Roll Tide!

Great week in Charleston, celebrating Mary’s retirement after 30 years as a speech-language pathologist! We loved spending time together and walking (a lot) around this beautiful city! Looking forward to watching the next chapter of her life!
