Celebrating the graduation ceremony of new doctors Lizzie Speechley and Sarah Walsh. Both did excellent research, I feel so privileged to have been part of their research journey. They are a great asset to science, & wonderful people to boot. CONGRATS to you both! School of Biological Sciences, UWA

Excited to share our latest research, headed by Grace Blackburn , that compare individual performance in social and physical cognition task. Does performance align? Read the paper and Grace’s tweet below to find out! School of Biological Sciences, UWA Ben Ashton Cornish Jackdaws

Our recent review on the potential impact of multiple anthropogenic stressors on avian species. We point out that anthropogenic stressors often occur simultaneously, and thus the joint effects should be considered. Congrats to Grace Blackburn and Camilla Soravia!

I have the best job in the world! Loved being able to teach the third year conservation students about how we can better communicate science through tech, specifically games! 👾🕹️ Amanda Ridley arludo School of Biological Sciences, UWA

Here is the some of the audio from my interview with the lovely Kate Leaver from ABC Radio this morning. A good listen if anyone wants some anti-swooping tips 😉

Congrats to Sabrina Engesser on her paper about babbler response to natural vs artificial call combinations, providing insight into the flexibility of animal combinatorial systems 😊🐦🔊Simon W. Townsend Stuart K Watson Sotaro Kita royalsocietypublishing.org/doi/full/10.10…
